    Baseline Assessment

    Free5 minutes · no call

Twenty questions about how your company actually runs, answered on your own. You get an eight-page report as a launch point — for free.

What you get — for nothing
    • Your one constraint, named. The single lowest dimension — and the only one that becomes work.
    • Two strengths, named specifically. Not “you’re doing well” — the actual behaviours, quoted back.
    • A score across People, Purpose, Playbooks and Performance, with Profit reported separately as an outcome rather than averaged in.
    • A first move. The result is named for the next action, never for a level of worthiness.

Where the business is and what’s in the way — with someone who has run one.

What you get — for nothing
    • An outside read on what’s actually in the way, not what you’ve been telling yourself.
    • A straight answer on fit — including no. You’ll hear it in the call, not after a month of chasing.
    • No pitch and no obligation. Twenty minutes covers the same ground as the questionnaire if you’d rather just talk.

    The Audition

Free90 minutes · your whole team

Ninety minutes with your whole leadership team, deciding whether you’re a fit for each other. It costs nothing.

What you get — for nothing
    • Ninety minutes of real work with your leadership team in one room — not a sales meeting with a deck.
    • A mutual evaluation. You’re assessing the guide exactly as hard as the guide is assessing you.
    • A decision, either way. Either side can walk, and sometimes should.
    • Skippable — if you already know you want Base Camp, start there instead.

    Base Camp

    Scoped2–3 day intensive

Two to three focused days where the operating system stops being an idea and becomes the way the team works.

    What you get
    • Your leadership team aligned on strategy in one room, over two to three days.
    • Priorities clarified — what matters this year, and just as usefully what doesn’t.
    • Your first annual plan, built by the team that has to run it rather than handed to them.
    • You can start right here. Nothing above it is a gate.

    One-on-ones with Brian

    Includedscheduled, not squeezed in

Standing one-on-ones with you, and guided sessions with the team. Put in the calendar in advance so they actually happen — rather than being squeezed in on the day something breaks.

Something comes up on a Tuesday in the middle of a quarter. You don’t sit on it for eighty-nine days. Email or phone, and you get your guide — not a ticket, not an account manager.

    The climb

    The Rhythm

    Scopedevery 90 days

Every ninety days the team gets away from the business to work on it. Once a year that session becomes the annual — same slot, longer view, higher aim.

    What you get
    • Celebrate progress. What actually moved, named out loud, before anyone moves on to the next problem.
    • New tools and concepts, introduced when the team is ready for them rather than dumped in on day one.
    • The next quarter’s execution, planned. Who owns what, by when.
    • Once a year, the annual. Look back at what you’ve accomplished, celebrate the wins, plan the next year — and aim for a higher pinnacle.

    The guides’ toolkit

    Includeda living library

Over eighty tools built by Pinnacle guides who have run companies themselves — from the weekly operating rhythm all the way out to valuation models for charting what the company is worth if you’re heading for an exit. The library keeps moving: new ones get built, weaker ones retired the moment something better replaces them. They arrive when your team is ready for the next one, not as a binder handed over on day one.

    Why a guide

    Includedthe whole difference

A consultant studies you from outside and hands over a recommendation. An implementer walks you through somebody else’s playbook. A guide is on the rope with you between every session — and that difference shows up here, in the ordinary weeks, not at the retreats.

    The summit

    Pinnacle

    your apogee

A business that runs on its system rather than on its founder. Where the leadership team makes the calls you used to make, and the plan survives contact with a quarter that goes sideways.

    What you get
    • The calls you used to make, made without you.
    • A plan that holds when a quarter goes sideways.
    • The guide still roped in — the climb doesn’t end, the altitude just changes.
    • And then a higher pinnacle. Every annual sets the next one. That’s the whole idea of an apogee — you reach it, and you move it.

    MEET BRIAN

Brian Vinci is the founder of Apogee Leadership and a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide based in Melbourne, Florida, on the Space Coast. He flew more than 3,000 hours aboard the Navy's P-3 Orion, then served as Director of the Situation Room during the war in Afghanistan — where decisions were made in minutes and getting them wrong was measured in lives. He has since guided 120+ companies, from scrappy startups to Fortune 500 leadership teams.

He believes great leadership isn't about having all the answers — it's about asking better questions, building the right team, and staying grounded in your values. He doesn't study your business from the outside and hand over a report; he ropes in and makes the climb with you. When he's not with a client team, you'll find him under the night sky with his camera, on a mountain trail, or exploring a reef on a dive — and, above all, with his wife and two daughters, including his oldest, who now serves in the U.S. Navy.

    THE PATH TO YOUR APOGEE

    PEOPLE · PURPOSE · PLAYBOOKS · PERFORMANCE = PROFITS

Five principles, one operating system. Not a rigid franchise playbook — The Pinnacle Approach™, shaped around how your business actually works.

    People

Get the right people, who believe what you believe, into the right seats. Growth exposes every hiring shortcut you ever took.

    Purpose

A vision so clear your team can repeat it: where we're going, why it matters, and how we get there.

    Playbooks
